Paleo-Friendly Meals: Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrot Soup
Oh the weather outside is frightful – but this SOUP is so delightful! I’ve repeatedly expressed my deep love for all things soup before, so here is another Paleo-Friendly recipe that is quick, easy, and most importantly uses my Vitamix (aka my new favorite toy!). If you don’t have one, fret not, an immersion blender or a good old-fashioned blender will do the trick. Read on for the back-story on this deliciousness! (more…)
Paleo-Friendly Meals: Antipasto Salad
***edit: I am so sorry everyone but I screwed up and accidentally deleted the pictures to this post. I am going to make this again in the future, and I promise to upload the step-by-step pictures again! Sorry!***
I don’t particularly love salad. I want something of substance that I don’t have to eat delicately with a fork and knife. Paleo-Friendly Meals: Spicy Chicken Thighs
The Paleo lifestyle is difficult to keep up sometimes, especially when you live in a house with people who do not follow any dietary restrictions. Because I am constantly cooking and preparing lunches for the week, I sometimes try to make my mom’s meals Paleo too!
Paleo-Friendly Meals: Easy Grilled Shrimp
It has been so brutally hot lately, cooking has been almost out of the question. The sensation of walking into a perfectly air-conditioned house from the stiflingly thick summer air is one of the best feelings in the world. What can ruin that wondrousness? A hot kitchen eating up all of my cool air.

Here in New Jersey, the summer is certainly upon us! The forecast holds a long heat wave for the Jersey Shore and it’s times like this that makes me grateful for electricity and air conditioning!
