Paleo-Friendly Meals: Raw Applesauce
Easy-peasy, quick recipe today. All you need is some fruit, cinnamon, and a blender!
Paleo-Friendly Meals: Raw Applesauce
Total Time: 5 minutes
Number of servings: 4
Per Serving 286 calories
Fat 1 g
Carbs 77 g
Protein 2 g
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 dates
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Core and peel the apples. Slice in quarters.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Enjoy!
Paleo-Friendly Meals: Buffalo Chicken Thighs
Happy Wednesday! Today, I have a recipe sure to please any buffalo chicken fan. Since going Paleo, there’s one thing I crave and rarely eat on cheat days – buffalo wings! Arguably, real buffalo chicken wings are Paleo – assuming they are not breaded before frying. Boneless buffalo wings from Applebee’s was my guilty pleasure and the real deal chicken wing doesn’t come close. Something about the crispiness of the breading mixed with the thick sauce makes my mouth water. So to supplement my crunchy-saucy cravings, I came up with these buffalo chicken thighs!
