Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 dates
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Core and peel the apples. Slice in quarters.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
  4. Enjoy!

We have been having some odd weather over the last week – even though it is still August, fall is definitely coming! The days are hot and humid, but the nights have been cool and beautiful.
